"I did not have a good experience when I initially moved in last summer. However, the new management team, especially Regi, have been amazing. They have made some excellent improvements and changes to help keep the common areas clean and are very receptive and responsive to suggestions. I was not going to renew with previous management but I definitely am now!"
"My husband and I really love living in a new, clean complex. The location is perfect for getting to campus, the highway, restaurants, etc. The amenities (parking garage, on-site gym, valet trash) are really nice to have. Housing here is more expensive than a lot of similar places elsewhere, but that's Provo for you. We do wish we heard less of the pets that also live here and that people in the community took better care of the common areas and amenities."
"Overall, this is a good complex. The actual people working here are helpful and kind! Pros: It's new and feels very clean in the apartments. Maintenance is helpful. One of our stove burners stopped working, and they replaced our whole stove and oven the next day. They have some great amenities. The apartments have smart home features where you can control some of the lights, lock or unlock the door, and change the thermostat through an app on your phone. Cons: They charge you for services even if you don't want or need them. They have a trash valet, but I never actually know when it's coming, and this makes it so tenants have their trash out in the hallways, making it smell terrible. Whatever they use to clean the hallways also smells terrible. Parking during football season is a pain as you have to go through a few security guards to verify your parking pass. Our key fob has been broken for months, so we can only access the building through a few entrances, which is a minor inconvenience. Then our phones no longer work to lock the door or turn the lights on and off, which is a minor inconvenience, but we are paying for this feature to work."
"Great apartment complex, my wife and I have lived here over a year and we love it. Very new and beautiful building, great neighbors, and great location right next to a church building and BYU campus. We have had very good and fast communication overall with management. Only complaint would be sometimes the common areas/elevators could be cleaned more regularly/thoroughly. Other than that it is awesome!"
"We moved in right as it was opening up in August 2022. There were a bunch of issues right off the bat with utilities, parking, unfinished construction, and how much they charged you. I figured I would wait to see how things would improve as time went on. Some things got better, but overall this place is not worth it. Clayton here on site is great, but redstone is so big that they don't really care about the renters, just the money. I go back and forth between wanting to give 2 or 3 stars. Can't decide. 1) Not only is it already expensive for such a small amount of space, you should be prepared for a bunch of hidden fees and charges for services that you may not get or are sub par. 2) Having worked in construction for 8 years, I can tell you that they saved money where they could at the expense of the tenants. The AC works well but is very loud. It is a real con. Cheap appliances and poor construction. The doors and walls are not the thickest. If someone is talking in the hallway, you will be able to hear them. I have been woken up by other residents' pets barking at 6 in the morning. Also, they don't enforce pets having to be on leash and some residents are thoughtless about keeping their dogs on leashes. Don't try reaching out to management though, they won't even respond to your message. 3) Whoever thought a pickleball court right next to residents' bedrooms and living spaces made a mistake. Any chances of being able to relax while people are playing pickleball 15 feet away in the courtyard are gone. The noise is really inconvenient. 4) The cleaning of hallways and shared spaces is not great. Honestly, when they do clean, they often leave the floors wet and sticky which then gather all the dirt from shoes and makes it look worse with each wash. Whatever they use to clean is far too strong and leaves me with a headache without fail. The mail room always smells so strong I have started holding my breath. 5) The trash valet service is unpredictable at best, their carts are always squeaky and loud, and they have occasionally made messes outside of apartments. 6) Again about pets, the pet waste bin outside has been overflowing for months and it makes the whole area smell bad. Their maintenance is far too irregular. Also, the one dumpster they have overflows every week. It looks really bad. Driving into the parking garage and staring at a pile of trash every day is not fun."
