"Nice apartment, everything worked and was clean. maintenance always happened in a timely manner, the even responded to a few emergency calls. One of the only down sides was the rec room, it’s a really nice space to hold events, they even have a piano, but I lived in the apartment right above the rec room, so people would sometime hold parties late into the night or play the piano at 1am. I had a problem with excessive noise levels at least once a month."

"I've been here for only a few months and there have already been a lot of repairs to be made to the apartment. Very frustrating experience, though management has been very kind and quick to address the problems - First, one of the outside sprinkler lines broke and flowed downhill (towards my apartment) but the drains at the bottom of our stairwell didn't work and so water began to enter my apartment and the apartment next to us. - Second, one of the building's main water lines broke (of course they were right above my apartment) and so water was coming in from the ceiling of the bathroom. They ended up having to cut holes in our bathroom and kitchen to gain access to the line."

"If you like bad management live here. Almost every interaction I had was negative. They would send guys into your apartment to "check" on things and it didn't matter if you were in bed or the shower even if you were a girl. All my roommates and others would agree who lived there management hates dealing with college students and this is a college apartment complex. The apartment location is nice, but overall worst management experience I had while going to BYU."

Can be up to $60 during winter months due to cruddy installation Pro - pool and hot tub, rec room with some exercise equipment, ping pong tables Con- many problems and issues with things breaking/no long working Pro - the management generally fixes issues pretty quickly Con - you'll need to supplement the apartment with additional lighting Pro - very close to shuttle stop that goes to BYU every half hour Con- must pay for parking pass and no visitor parking"

"This is the absolutely worst management I have ever experienced. I lived in apartment 106 for a number of years and had problems with flooding a number of times. Not only did their on call worker not respond to emergencies, they also continued to blame weather for the flooding. Upon further inspection they found that there was a drainage issue and the water was leaking from the stairs. They refused to make reparations and continue to have this problem to this day. I cannot begin to explain the frustrations I had dealing with management. They never cared about us and only began to address the problem when we threatened to sue. I’d give this place a five star review if they were a circus because the management at centennial are the biggest clowns I have ever met."
