"This property has been nothing short of a nightmare. From constant maintenance issues that leave us without functioning plumbing, electricity, or proper heating and cooling systems to a seemingly endless battle with pests, including rodents and insects, it's hard to find a moment of peace. The noise level is unbearable due to loud neighbors, paper-thin walls, and chaotic common areas. Safety is a major concern with inadequate security measures, poorly lit areas, and various safety hazards throughout the property. Parking is a daily struggle with limited spaces, a lack of visitor parking, and unauthorized vehicles causing chaos. The property management is unresponsive and unhelpful, ignoring our pleas for assistance. To top it all off, they've been raising the rent frequently and significantly, while amenities like gyms, pools, and communal spaces are either missing or in terrible condition. This property is also plagued by accessibility issues, making it a difficult place for people with disabilities to live. It deserves nothing more than a 1-star rating."

"We were charged for cable and internet and we didnt get either. They raised rent but didn't update anything in the apartment. Parking is horrible, they took months to replace the refrigerator. And to top it off, they kept trying to break their written contract that we signed."

"Current management entered our apartment multiple times unannounced/without notice while we were moving out. We stayed in apartment 31, which was unbearably hot during the summer, 90 plus degrees inside with the AC unit on. The previous owners refused to do anything about the AC unit, and the new owners had someone look at it, and nothing was done to fix it still. The garbage dumpster area is always littered with trash, and hardly ever cleaned. Would not recommend living here."

"Update 2: Our AC still really doesn’t work correctly sadly. So I’m going from 4 star back to 1 since they said it’s working fine still. Even though it only blows out 60-75 degrees when our old one blew out 40 degrees. They also admitted it’s not big enough for our apartment. I honestly believe that the maintenance man owns the apartments and just pockets all the money. It’s not worth the price either. There’s barely any storage in the kitchen and I can see the bathtub through my cabinets. I would find somewhere else to live cause the owners are pretty cheap. Update: They finally came and the maintenance man listened to us and they did something! It feels actually livable in our apartment now! I’m very happy that they finally fixed it! I think I’ll be a lot happier living here now. It’s a good size apartment and when the ac is working, it’s nice in here! I’m a lot happier now! Hopefully it stays functioning correctly as well! We’ve only been here 5 days and it’s the worst HEAT WAVE. Well they’ve done NOTHING to fix our AC! It’s been hell on earth. They’ve just said, we think it’s totally fine. It’s obviously not. I just paid them $1700+ for our deposit and first month’s rent. It’s been 90-95 inside of our apartment every night. In the mornings, it’s colder outside at 66 degrees than in our apartment at 85 degrees. I’m very very upset. I love the location and size but who can live in an apartment this hot?? I might as well be homeless! Make sure everything works before moving in! It’s Friday and I’ve tried working with them since Monday! It’s very dishonest of them. I’m going to be in contact with HUD once they are open and hopefully they will fix this. If not, I’m getting an attorney. This isn’t right."

"We live here and love it! It's one of the more spacious married housing in Provo (probably because it used to be women's housing for 4). The living room is huge and there are two bedrooms! The bathroom is pretty teeny tiny though. But overall good for the price ($700). Maintenance gets done quickly, and the guys are super nice. I just wish the internet was better. The routers are spread out through the apartments so if you're not in an apartment with a router, internet is pretty crappy."
