"Great place to live. My wife and I have been here about 2 years. The commute to BYU is fast. Units are just a touch under 900 square feet, but with the layout, hallways take up a decent amount of space. The landlord is a great guy and fixes things very rapidly. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant with the majority of tenants being newlyweds or young families. The highway is rather noisy and unpleasant, the car wash across the street puts off a ton of light pollution at night, and some of the neighborhood nearby feels pretty unsafe. But overall this has been an amazing place to live and has proven to remain affordable even as prices around the valley go skyhigh."

"My husband and I moved in about a month ago and we LOVE it! This apartment complex has a great atmosphere; I feel very safe here. It's clean and well kept outside and inside. The landlord is picky about the tenants so everyone is really friendly :D The apartments have tons of storage space and walk-in closets. The location is great (just a few minutes from the freeway, the temple, provo center street, and byu/uvu). The road is a little noisy, but whatever, right? The rent is low, as are the internet and utilities. This is the place to live! #waitlist but it's worth it. :) :) :)"

"I really enjoy the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We were just visiting some friends and noticed how friendly everyone is. Never saw anyone smoking around the complex which is not true for several of the surrounding complexes. On star off because of the design of the apartments. Not a fan of the halfway style entrance (enters halfway between up and downstairs) but other than that, it's great."
