"I loved living here. I am only leaving due to my roommate getting married... They have a new management and things seemed to be better from past reviews. Only issue I had was a little trouble with matianance barging in, but management quickly resolved it. Staff is super friendly and were always kind to me. Be fun to be part of the team! Anyway they also have breakfast sometimes which is super cool. Never had problems with any neighbors and parking is great as you got your own reserved spot. Overall felt pretty safe here and the location isn't half bad. I'd recommend!"

"Past management was quite lacking, however with the new team who just took over that seems to be shifting rapidly. This new team is very quick to respond and rectify situations as well as very friendly. The property is a bit expensive for the area and amenities available however has very nice units (big fan of all the large windows and functional kitchen). I'm excited to see this positive trend continue!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is rude and non responsive. The units are stuffy and uncomfortable, the pet area is unkept and is tiny and the walls are paper thin. I got accused of being a drug addict and junkie for using a legally prescribed medication and when I tried to explain that’s it’s so I don’t have seizures, the property manager wouldn’t even look at me. This is all after banging in my door extremely loud and scaring my dog so she peed everywhere and yelling at me in front of other residents. My car was broken into twice and because parking is $40 a month for uncovered parking I couldn’t afford to do anything about it. There is way cheaper, safer, and bigger places close by. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING."

"New management is helpful and accommodating, and finally they cracked down on the dog poo problem. It was bit overpriced for just a two bedroom apartment but it is nice, and that's the market right now I guess. Most places are overpriced. We had to find somewhere with more square footage for a similar price but left happy with our stay and the change in management. Extremely friendly helpful and quick to get back to you if you have any questions issues or concerns. It was a refreshing renter's experience as I haven't found most property managers or landlords I've dealt with to be so helpful or attentive, let alone friendly. I rate it five stars for the management alone."

"To be honest, I love the property! Has very spacious apartments and just a great view of the mountains. Neighbors are quiet and the complex is pet friendly. The Community Manager Nate is great, he is very quick to respond to questions and or concerns and will do whatever he can to resolve issues."
