"Not impressed at all. Place is extremely run down. When my son arrived to move in there was no bed frame or mattress. Mattress arrived first so he slept on the mattress on the floor for several days before the frame arrived. No garbage can in the apartment, roommates said they didn’t have a vacuum for weeks or months initially. Paint bubbling/peeling off the wall and ceiling. Tiny drawers in the bedroom. Place is in desperate need of some upgrade or repairs. Within the first two weeks he was looking for another place to live for next semester and he’s not one to complain. Office staff is friendly and seems helpful but I question management and ownership. Location is convenient."

"HEALTH HAZARDS Brookview please give me a phone number to speak to someone or email that someone will actually answer so I won't have to continue writing google reviews (that get deleted) in an attempt to get issues resolved. I see you respond to reviews quickly. I have a signed contract and there are health hazards not resolved in my daughter's apartment that she was told would be resolved the day she moved in and have not. Mold on bed frame and broken toilet above her that's leaking down the walls and ceiling that could lead to black mold. You can't just keep telling people you are under new management. The manager who moved in my daughter last week said she doesn't have a work phone so there is no number to contact management. update: This is the email that that has never been responded to by my daughter, husband and now you responded to this google review instead of responding to my email!"
