"My husband and i Met Sunny in the leasing office fairly close to quitting time, despite the hour Sunny took the time to show us quite a few apartments and was very informative, she put us on a waiting list ( we ranked #17 on the list) and said they would contact us should an apartment become available. Today, Brandon, an equally pleasant and polite gentleman contacted us to advise they had an apartment that fit our needs."
"The wonderfully nice lady there in the office was so nice and helpful. Treated me like a person that wasn't displaced or homeless if you wanna be a jerk. She talked with me made sure my name was still on the list and got my new phone number. The best experience I have ever had walking into a leasing office. "My wife and I lived here for a little over two years. Management liked to enforce "Community Guidelines" (Quiet Time, parking, what can be on your porch, and anything else they don't like) by threatening to issue 3-day eviction notices. Great location and value for what we paid. Just never like how they went about business."
"Lived here for 2.5 years with my spouse. We had a one bed one bath apt. that was 520 sq ft. It was the perfect size for us and we loved every part of the complex. Two of my favorite things about this complex: 1. The location to all the downtown shops 2. No added on fees - a lot of apartments will try to add on garbage fees, media package fees, parking fees, etc. But not this complex! It's very simple for payment. The management was always really kind and helpful with getting us our mail and quickly resolved any maintenance requests we had (we rarely put in any since the apartments were built in 2017.) One thing I wished was different was the access to the club house and the rooftop terrace. You can access the gym anytime with your key card, but the other two locations were often locked after hours and couldn't be accessed. This is a great place to live! I highly recommend it."
