"High Line Square is Legit. One of the best complexes in all of Utah County! They have amazing amenities, awesome staff, sweet rooms, and just all around a great place to be! Tammarah is the property manager and she is awesome! She goes above and beyond to help out everyone! She is the best property manager I have worked with as most property managers don't really care about the building or tenents, but Tammarah makes it a personal goal to go above and beyond to help everyone with what they need and make sure you have an extraordinary experience!"

"When it came time to renew our lease, Tammarah, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. She was able to find us a renewal that fit in our particular time frame, and made sure we wouldn't have any increase to our rent or fees on top. That quality of customer service from a management company in Provo is incredibly hard to come by, and the main reason I'm giving High Line Square 5 stars. Additional information: - We live on the top floor, and never have a problem with noise from the street or from our neighbors, but we have heard that can be an issue from others. - The natural lighting of our apartment and the way the building's HVAC system works means our energy bill has been much lower here than any other place we've lived in Utah. Also the natural lighting in the apartments is very nice. - Like most apartments, rent is just the baseline. Parking, pets, building maintenance, and other fees are added on top. For us, with two parking spaces and not including utilities, we pay about an extra $100-120 in fees per person per month on top of rent. - This is a nice complex and we've really enjoyed living here. Location is incredible, and we walk to Center Street all the time. Both the property and mailroom have pretty decent security as well, which its nice."

"Management is hard to work with. We cleaned our entire apartment and they charge unfair/ huge charges when moving out, and keep deposits. Had surprise maintenance visits as well that were very alarming. Not worth the hassle, and too pricy for the treatment given."

"Edit: I’ve decided to change my rating to a one star. Management has not fixed our private elevator access for two months while we are paying a premium for it. They’re also raising rent again, so we’ll be moving out when our contract is up. The only reason I'm giving this place a two star rating is because of how it was when we initially moved in. My husband and I have lived here about two years as one of the first tenants. Rent was fairly reasonable and the location is great. But when the management switched over, they raised the rent a few hundred dollars with no changes. It's unfortunate that such a pretty place is so poorly run. If management changed, I would definitely recommend living here. Pros: -Great location (the UVX and BYU buses run nearby) -Allows pets -Spacious and beautiful apartments -Within walking distance of down town Cons: -Elevator is constantly breaking (there's only one elevator for the entire building) -Private elevator entrance will randomly open up to your apartment -Management does nothing to solve noise complaints -The garage door to the upper level is constantly breaking, so sometimes you can't drive anywhere"

"These apartments are gorgeous! The location is perfect and close to literally everything!! The layout of the building is well thought out and has TONS of space to entertain and hang out with friends !! Love the staff and how great they are!! Derek does an amazing job as the property manager and Mike keeps the building neat and tidy and fixes issues quickly. LOVE this place."
