"I’ve lived here since it’s been built and have enjoyed it. The noise level has been very minimal with the exception of the occasional dog barking. The staff have been quick to help and answer questions that I’ve had and fix any issues that have occurred."

"Really loved living here! Management was really responsive and maintenance did an excellent job! We fell in love with pickle ball and the gym has everything I needed! The valet trash service was always on top of it and the apartment itself was super nice! Loved living walkable to downtown and the bus stop was right there so we could get pretty much anywhere else. Parking and a storage unit were really fair extra costs. The storage unit was an excellent size!"

"I love being able to see the mountains up close. Moving across country is no easy task, but everyone was so helpful and our move was seamless. Lots of parking, I'm excited not to clean snow off of my car in the mornings. +The Amazon locker is also really cool, I shop online a lot and it makes it really easy to get my packages"

"Management has been fantastic to me since I've moved in! The unit is comfortable with adequate storage and a great view of the mountains and courtyard. I live in a 1/1 and I've had more than enough space for all of my belongings. Whitney has always been kind to me and handled any issues I've brought to her attention. The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty good from adjacent units and outdoors. Would highly recommend living here!"

"Except for Whitney, the property manager, every employee in the apartment was nice. She deducted $250 for carpet cleaning even though the carpet has already been professionally cleaned. They would never provide any pictures of any stains or damages of the carpet (there were none) so they blamed it on the odor of a cat that never once entered my room. I uploaded pictures of my moveout. For leaving nothing in a one-bedroom apartment, I was charged $340. 250 for carpet cleaning and 90 for cleaning. The apartment would attempt to steal every cent from your hand. Redstone Residential is in charge of managing this place. Look up the reviews for redstone residential if you don't believe what I'm saying."
