Pinnacle Highland Apartments

"I just signed a lease for a second year. This apartment complex has been a very pleasant surprise after I relocated back to Utah last summer. It’s a great location, the apartment is spacious and the complex well maintained, and the gym and pool area are really nice. I selected an apartment that came with a garage included in the rent, and it’s nice not to pay an extra huge amount for a garage, as I have in the past at other apartments. The staff in the office are really helpful and friendly and maintenance has been quite good as well. The interior carpet padding isn’t the best and sure it’s not always convenient to have to U-turn it down at Forest Creek Lane to get into the complex from Highland Drive, but overall this apartment community is pretty great."

"We went and toured Pinnacle apartments the other day, and the front desk folks were super nice and helpful! We are excited to live in these beautiful apartments. Seem well taken care of, both inside and out, and water heaters and in the individual units. That's a plus for me."

"I love the apartments themselves. However the walls are super thin and if you don’t want to be on someone else’s sleeping schedule, choose somewhere else. I can sleep from 10pm to 5:30 am. I can hear the neighbor get out of bed, I can hear the water being turned on, etc. the banging and dog playing make it sound like earthquakes. they are very loud but these apartments makes it extremely loud. The staff is super friendly and everything else about the apartment has been perfect. It’s just a bummer not being able to sleep or nap In your own home."

"My visit to Pinnacle Highland Apartments was really positive. The staff were friendly and my first impression of the complex was that they are well taken care of. I toured their 3 bedroom model and they are very spacious and clean. This community looks and feels very safe and their portal has a place where Tenants can advertise things they wish to sell. I applied and look forward to living there."

"It has been a pleasant experience living here the last few months. The apartment itself has been nicely updated and the grounds are beautifully maintained. While we have had a couple maintenance issues come up, they have always been quickly resolved. The views are also wonderful throughout as well."
