"Location is amazing, right in cottonwood heights close to shops and 20 minute mountain access. Beautiful high quality units with spacious living. The management made it an easy transition during our quick move in experience."

"When we moved in management was awesome, and at this point it's fine. The townhomes are beautiful, but the good stops there. The neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, doing everything from driving absurdly loud dirt bikes back and forth through the community to parking on the sidewalk in front of the mail boxes for way too long, and yelling at people for walking past their cars. The location is also terrible. Right on an extremely busy road where a ridiculous amount of people seem to adore absurdly loud vehicles. We live as far from that road as possible in the community, but it constantly sounds like they're driving through our home; I can't imagine how bad it is in the front units. If you see the location and think "Oh how convenient, I could walk to loads of shops and a park!" you'll quickly realize that convenience is totally irrelevant as you'd likely go deaf from walking the main road or get smashed by one of the many oblivious drivers. There also seems to be an oddly high number of weirdly loud airplanes and helicopters that fly over multiple times a today for some reason? All that being said, find somewhere else; this place is lame."
