Peach Tree Apartments

"You get what you pay for with Peach Tree and Core Communities, who manage these apartments. Cheap rent comes with terrible management. We averaged one leak for each month we lived in the apartment, and that is the only time you get a fast response (When their property is at risk) They do not care if you are being inconvenienced. One of the leak repairs required us to move a lot of our things to another part of the apartment and it got the entire apartment very dusty and dirty, and I was told that because we did not have to vacate the apartment overnight that we would not be compensated in any way. Your complaints are mostly ignored. Another renters' dog started going to the bathroom all over the grass and sidewalk outside of our apartment and it took over a month before any action was taken to get it cleaned up. Noise complaints are completely ignored. Do not move here with children, the floors are paper thin and old, you will hear every footstep above you. Management was mostly very difficult to get in touch with, and we found a cockroach in our apartment the night before we moved out, so it was a great time to leave."

"The phone number on the sign doesn't reach a leasing office of any kind; it's just an answering service for Core Communities and they supposedly pass on messages to the manager of whatever apartment complex you're calling about. I've called about 8 times in the last month about an available apartment at Peachtree and even submitted an application for it despite not having seen the unit yet. I also sent multiple emails to any email address I could find for Peachtree staff to try schedule a tour. I've never once received a call back and I haven't gotten a response to my emails in all my attempts at contacting the office. Needless to say, if I get charged an application fee, I will be contesting it with my bank. I can only assume I'm being discriminated against for being low income, a woman, or disabled. I'm not sure why else they wouldn't jump at the chance to fill an available unit."

"Lived here for a little over a year and was really impressed! Because I came from out of state, I signed the contract sight unseen and was incredibly pleased with the size and design of the apartments at the price. Management is responsive and helpful, grounds are well kept, and the general tenor of the complex is chill and respectful! Also appreciated there are plenty of unassigned guest parking spots available, as that's frequently a problem! For my first apartment in a new area I really lucked out finding this complex!"

"My wife and I have lived here for a few months now and it's been great! The grounds are well kept and clean, the grass is always green and maintenance and management have been awesome to work with. We've only needed to place two maintenance calls (non emergency) and both were handled quickly and within our work schedules. Our service animals were welcomed here and the maintenance guy has always gone out of his way to make them comfortable with his presence in our apartment as well as on the grounds. I'm definitely glad we moved here!"
