"This place was a joke. Everything in the apartment was broken, the lady downstairs constantly complained about noise even though we were never home, even watched her on my camera bang on my door while I wasn't home telling me to be quiet lol. Tried to resolve this with the manager or whatever you'd call her and she never answered or showed up to the meeting that SHE arranged. Constant smell of cigarettes and weed. Once my package was left at the office, delivery person confirmed who he left it with and they stole it, when I called back to ask again they said they weren't there even though I watched them walk out of the office. Nasty neighborhood, nasty complex."

"Self guided tour, however no keys in lock boxes, so it was a wasted trip. One was supposed to have a lockbox and it wasn't even there. No one called back. And no one answers the phone. The message is way too long at nearly 3 minutes long. Then message repeats and does not allow a voice message."

"I scheduled a self-guided tour for 11:30am on Oct 22. When I arrived it took about 20 minutes to actually find the right building and unit, as they do not give you the building letter, just the apartment number. They gave us 3 different apartments to tour, we toured one, the other two were already moved into but the lockboxes were still on the doorknob. We were super confused so we called the number they gave us for the office, and nobody answered. It’s just an obnoxiously long hold time for them to miss your call. Also, walking around the place everything is dirty, there are crushed tomatoes and eggs all over the floor. Overall bad first experience here."

"I work in property management and this is my complete honest review. We have lived at this property for a little over a year and we recently signed a new lease for another year. This has been a great first apartment for us and we are grateful to be able to call it home. The community is very quiet, kind, and keeps to themselves and the rent prices are more on the affordable end in comparison to other complexes in the valley. Our apartment is in great condition and though maintenance does work a little on the slower end, it is ok. We have minimal problems in general and it is difficult job. Highly recommend these apartments to anybody looking for peace and quiet, affordability, proximity to Redwood Road and shopping. Thank you Aspen Pines!"

"First off, if I could give Concept Property Management half a star I would but Google reviews doesn't give me that option. This company is a really bad joke as they are very much not doing their jobs properly and do the bare minimum of anything and give out empty promises and expectations. Concept doesn't honor their obligations as they only care about getting as may tenants to pay rent. Recently, I had two bad experiences just this month. My kitchen sink had a clog where water would rise up from the plumbing every day for the whole duration of eight days. Eight days! I had to wait over a weekend with this headache of a problem. The bill I got just a couple of days ago this week was charging me $140 dollars from the plumbing company they use for these services. The clog was 25 feet deep in the plumbing after inquiring customer service for the details of the bill. I feel like I'm being overcharged when the clog was beyond the pipes of my apartment. Now, my refrigerator is not working properly as the cooling compartment is not cold enough to refrigerate food but the freezer works fine. Wednesday I was told a mechanic would be coming to inspect the fridge between 1-2 PM ,but no one ever came. After calling customer service, I was told ,this time, a new refrigerator would be delivered by Friday to replace my old one. Today, I get a message that the new refrigerator is not coming and will not be coming until Tuesday of next week. Are you kidding me! I have to wait another week of a problem that should've be solved way sooner then delayed. I have to use bags of ice now to keep my food cold from spoiling until the new fridge comes. This company is just a complete farce and shouldn't be able to do business with such poor business practices. Do not think about renting an apartment here or anything handled by Concept Property Management. All they do is lie and provide zero fulfillments on their part."
