"I highly enjoyed living here but moving out was the worst. They charged me an additional $539.93 after my move out date. This took my entire deposit then I owed them even more. I was sent a bill in the mail which stated I had to contact them within 14 days of it being sent or else they would send it to an attorney for collection. I received this bill on the night of day 12. They stated all the charges they added on were "standard charges" and stated so on my lease. Going back and looking it states that if I live there for over 24 months (less they prorated the cost) they will not charge for paint but they charged me $112.50 for painting the entire apartment even though it only needed touch ups. The apartment was clean before I left and yet they charged me for carpet cleaning, unit cleaning, painting the whole unit, and replacing all 4 drip pans. I stated this and that I had pictures but they kept telling me all were standard charges. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know as the move out experience was the worst. I have never had an apartment take my entire deposit nevertheless bill me too."

"I’ve lived here 7 months and have enjoyed it for the most part. My biggest complaint is parking. Visitors can only park in visitor parking and that is often filled by residents and if there is not a lot of visitor parking. It would be better if residents could not park in visitor parking and they were spread out throughout the community. Once my car bumper was barely over the curb and I got a tow notice on my car, I pay for a covered parking but it is far from my apartment so I wouldn’t have even noticed it but I had to go out to my car and get something. The valet trash is a great feature to have but the rules regarding trash need to be enforced I have seen trash bags sitting outside doors for days when valet trash doesn’t pick up and have seen trash bags torn open by animals and then trash spills out. This brings unwanted bugs and possibly rodents not to mention it can start to smell. Other than those two small complaints I enjoy living here it is not noisy and maintenance has been very friendly even eleven I am just out walking my dog they will say hello."

Their interaction with my dogs further reflects their compassionate nature, making every encounter pleasant. One of the greatest comforts of living here is knowing that any issue will be addressed promptly and effectively. Whenever I've reported a problem, the response has been swift and the resolution, professional. This reliability and efficiency in handling maintenance requests are commendable. A huge thank you to Clint, Scott, and Scott Jr. for their continuous hard work and dedication. They are indeed a significant part of what makes living at Wilshire Place Apartments such a positive and stress-free experience."

"I been here for 3 years. I enjoy my small spacious apartment. When the sunlight enters my apartment and brightens up my space. The amenities are simple. A pool, small gym, playground. I don't use it much. It is nice to have. The office staff are always kind and respectful"
