"Edit-updated 2/19-This place still does not live up to the price and expectations I had for a luxury apartment or previous luxury apartments we’ve lived at. The front office staff unfortunately, has an attitude every time you speak with them. They do now offer recycling through valet trash and the hot-tub has finally been fixed, and working for a couple weeks now. These were both unavailable for the past 2.5 months. After requesting explanation on why our community utilities were so high, we were told we were charged for the construction utilities which were close to $200 for one month. It takes multiple emails for them to respond, and most of the time they don’t answer all of our questions. The apartment style options are great here but the floors are not sound proof, and you can easily hear your neighbors. The trax is only a 5 minute walk which is a positive. Overall, moving here was far from ideal and the lack of upfront accurate information has made these past couple of months very frustrating. I’m assuming with the apartment being around longer, they will offer all of the amenities listed, and will be able to provide a better explanation to most questions but at the moment, I wish I lived elsewhere."

"All the girls in the front are amazing! Always willing to stop and help with anything or give information, for people new in town this is amazing service! The apartments are super clean and amazing closets, all of the amenities feel like in staying in a high end hotel every day, highly recommend ! !"

"I am a current resident, and I hope this review can help you. This place will tell you whatever you want to hear when trying to get your name on a lease, but things change quickly from there. The deal they are offering to get you in the door is admittedly VERY good, but think long and hard if that’s going to be worth it long term. The utilities are SKY HIGH here. I’m talking $300+ per month for their utilities, and you still have to pay your own electricity on top of that. And of course your rent as well. They are charging $30+ per month just for the trash services. $40 per month for pitching in for “common area electricity.” It’s absolutely out of control and they will tell you how reasonable these rates are when giving you a tour. I’ve got the bill in front of me right now and it’s absurd. And keep in mind that as of right now, this place doesn’t even offer recycling! Their trash receptacle rooms aren’t functional yet. The hot tub has been down for maintenance almost all of the 3 months we’ve been here. The building wide fire alarms have gone off without warning five or six times in the 3 months I’ve been here. They are blaring loud and you have no ability to turn them off yourself. The staff has made no assurances this would stop, or made any effort to curb these instances. They don’t even have the WiFi password for the lounge area available. As in, they inexplicably told me today they don’t even know it. Making the space impossible to work from if you don’t have your own hotspot. This place wants to sucker you in with the free rent to start and offering you what appears to be competitive rates on rent, but believe me, they’re going to get it back in other ways. The bottom line is, this place has potential, but they are charging you for a premium living experience while only offering the bare minimum. EDIT: It's very funny that Momentum was able to take the time to write the snippet below my review, yet still have not been able to find time to my very detailed email regarding my issues with sky high utility bills."
