"Had a good experience at this hotel, it is close to a number of restaurants and shopping. My only issue was the person in neighboring room who was making calls at 4am the nights I was there. Not the hotels issue though."

"We called to make the reservation. I specifically asked if there was a pool. It is our spring break and my three boys wanted to do some swimming while we came into town to visit grandparents. Then when we checked in, they told us the pool was down for maintenance and closed a month ago. There was nothing they could do for us. Weren’t willing to reimburse us or switch us to another hotel with a functioning pool And then told us that it was our responsibility to call the hotel lobby to check the pool status. This was our first time at the Hampton Inn and our last."

"Front desk staff is friendly. Great location for food and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decent breakfast. Great view of the mountains from my room."

"Wasn’t going to put a review in but changed my mind when this happened My daughter and I had an early flight(before breakfast hours.) After we got in our Uber, the gentleman and the desk ran up to the door and handed us a breakfast bag he made up for my daughter! It was really a nice gesture"

"Worst night stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel since it opened at least a few times a year and we will never stay here again. We had local thugs up partying in the hallway and room across from us until after 2am. They were bouncing of the walls and hotel room door. The hotel staff wouldn’t do anything about it, and when we asked for a refund since we barely got any sleep all night and were told sorry that there are no refunds. The rooms are run down, the bathroom shelf was broken, the AC was broken and leaking water on the floor."
