Serengeti Springs Apartments

"Charged me an extra 50$ for updated flooring. Office never actually responded when I called to have them come fix anything and apparently you can get evicted for being “rude” (frustrated) with the office. Rent went from 1300$ to 1500$ after the first year and the place doesn’t even come with a washer or dryer. You have to RENT those separately. Would not recommend living here, worst apartment experience I’ve ever had."

"Been living here for over 3 years and overall it's been great!. Maintenance is very nice and pretty quick to get things done. The office is homey to walk into. Great area to live. One thing I would say...Need to enforce something so small kids shouldn't be walking dogs who are stronger than them. My dog got killed recently by one that got away from a young girl holding his leash. He was way to strong for her."

"We have lived here for 4 1/2 years and really like it! Management is super awesome and respectful. Some things are out of their control, like in any other business, but they have always treated us well. I know a lot of other reviews talk about the dog poop or cars getting broken into, etc but they really do care about those types of things and do their best to do their part. Prices have gone up which is unfortunate, but that’s the economy everywhere. Great place to live regardless:)"
