"If I could give this place a zero star's I would. They take advantage of the younger generation. Bully them. And very rude. Don't answer the phone. And don't ever want to fix anything Leaking water. Next call will be to the State ."
"I lived here for six years. When I moved in, parking was free, rent was cheap, and the hot tub worked maybe two weeks out of the year. When I moved out, rent had gone up a couple hundred dollars, parking required a paid permit, and the hot tub still didn't work most of the time (despite management claiming that they would fix it). It cost twice as much to park underground in a parking garage that leaked, which created a shortage of above-ground parking spaces. On several nights, I had to park at the church building around the block and hope I didn't get towed or ticketed. Their rental rates are deceptive, because they've added a long list of fees on top of what they already charge for utilities and parking. There also wasn't a direct phone number to call management in case of emergencies; instead they had email and a text-only number. In a nutshell, while their prices increased significantly, the quality of the complex definitely didn't and if anything, management got worse. I didn't even get my deposit back, and it's been more than a year since I moved out. The ward was great, at least, but I'd recommend living somewhere else."
"If you live here: expect to not receive your deposit back, never be able to get ahold of anyone in the office (even if you show up during their office times), and be lied to by whoever you might get a hold of if you're lucky enough to actually get to speak to one of their staff. In all this is a good location, but it is not worth the hassle of dealing with the management to do something as simple as returning your deposit."
"Douglas, David and Angelo came over for repairs and changing our lock. That were all extremely kind and helpful. They fixed our toilets and replaced our lock. I would definitely trust them to come by and help out in the future."
"Good place to live, but communication with management is seriously really bad. Hoping that they'll see this and finally get their management together. You can't just talk to someone whenever you need, not even during normal business hours. There is no office on site and there is seriously not a valid phone number you can call when you google omni apartments, if you didn't know they were owned by redstone and knew to go through them you'd be out of luck, not that they usually answer anyway. There's a number you can text but they usually take 2 or 3 days to get back to you. When you're having an issue in your apartment there is no one you can talk to. Open communication with your residents is your job and should be the top priority, and for them it definitely is not which is super frustrating."
