"When my boyfriend and I were searching for a place to call home, amongst all of the options, we hoped for this place. We adored the aesthetic of the community externally and found the apartment unit to be beautiful. Since moving in, we have noticed some things that we believe are not up to par. We have had many maintenance issues that we have felt were made to be smaller than they were (by the manager to be specific). On that note - maintenance has been wonderful. Speaking of wonderful - the leasing agents have been decent when it comes to communicating and working through an issue. But, as of late, this has not seemed to be the case. For example, I took a step outside of my apartment one afternoon to find attached to my doorframe a note. This was a patio violation. There had been no communication prior - no prior warning in the form of a note, email, or call - that our patio did not meet standards. I remember asking about what was allowed upon moving in and, since living here, my boyfriend and I have had the same furniture outside. The furniture in question - sleek black camping chairs. When I read the note I decided to call to inquire as to if there could be respite in terms of the fine. I explained that we had had these camping chairs on our patio for six months prior to this violation given and that in that time no one had communicated to us that our patio did not meet standards. I also pointed out that many around the community have camping chairs as patio furniture. I was given the response that many people had been given violations as well. I did not get much as to pointing out the fact that no one had communicated to us in our six months here as tenants that those were an issue. I asked if there was anything we could do or anything they could do to cancel the fine and use this as a first notice. The answer was a resounding no. Both my boyfriend and I are growing less and less satisfied with our time here as tenants, which is a major disappointment because we dreamed of calling this place our home."
"This is only the repairs I have a lot of other problems with this place most of the one star reviews on here have fit in with our experience. Im not going to write my opinion because I don’t want it taken down for any reason but I want to leave my experience so far…when looking at our apartment we were told they’d have basic repairs done before we move in. move in date comes they tell us they will be back in a week or two to finish the repairs, that happens then we are told there is more extensive mold then they thought and we would have to vacate for 3-5 days. We had to remove or cover all of our belongings with a tarp and vacate the property. the 3-5 days turned into about two weeks with only bare essentials and no access to the apartment we were paying for, I had to complain and talk to a few different people to get minimal compensation…a few months go by (with some small repairs) and we had our power go out in our bed room and bathroom they send some one to look at it that day and they don’t fix it and schedule to come out again 2 days later and look at it again another 2 days go by and they are back we still don’t have power and that’s when they tell us they need an electrician they get that scheduled for the next day we were not home at the time and when coming back home I noticed the door was cracked and not locked with our two dogs inside. We are barley 7 months in to the lease"
"Maintenance is pretty on top of everything! This my first time renting and luckily I've had very few problems, but when do Brady and his team are always working me into the schedule as soon as they can! Super nice staff and incredibly efficient with everything. If you move into this complex I highly recommend asking for Brady!"
"I love living here but the problem I have is the laundry room pay card. The card keeps disappearing! Someone keeps taking the card and not bringing it back! I need to do my laundry and so do other people that live here! You’re not suppose to take them with you into your home! These people are very ignorant on not bringing back the things that we all have to share! They should leave a sign somewhere on the wall and/or on the door to leave the card there!"
"I am not one to ever write bad reviews but this is actually the WORST apartment to live in. Do NOT move here. On our move in date, we showed up at noon but we weren’t able to get into our apartment until 6 pm due to cleaning. Unfortunately, when we walked in our apartment was disgusting. It took multiple days to scrub floors and vacuum the carpet to actually be somewhat clean. The kitchen is so cheaply made, we could lift up our entire countertop and inside cabinets were black and disgusting. The dishwasher broke multiple times throughout our time here and never fully cleaned anything. We would have to hand wash the dishes fully before loading in the dishwasher. There are multiple homeless people walking around the complex at all times of the day. The amenities are not worth it. The laundry rooms are always gross or overpriced. Had to dry clothes multiple times and waste even more money. We were told when we moved in that the hot tub was going to be closed for a week for maintenance, ended up being closed for the whole year we lived here. Once the pool opened, it was murky and gross then of course was shut down by the heath department within a few weeks. They will NEVER answer the phone, and truly have rarely seen people in the office, so I don’t understand that. On top of that, our entire deposit was taken for ridiculous fees, even asking for receipts the property manager still hasn’t sent anything. Save yourself time and money and find a different apartment complex!!"
