"I've been living here well over 3 years now and apparently when they changed management the new lady has a power complex issue. She has been harassing my family and I for their short comings. Blame me for their roach issue when the issue existed before I got in the second apartment. I was a fool thinking this place was a good place to live. My car has been broken into and towed several times for no reason. Maintenance is 50/50 but better than the management. At least they know what they are doing. Only reason they are 50/50 is because of their management. Poop everywhere, drunks and homeless folks come through when they want. Security?!?!?! Doesn't exist unless it's the office. Management enters your apartment without notice which is illegal!! I liked it here til recently. How are you going to have me sign my new lease to just rip it away. Oh and now the management. Went and confronted them on the several issues and was very unprofessionally told "I don't have time for this, I'm stressed". Triton Investments can do way better!!!! These 4 start reviews are bogus. I alone can prove 90% of them false. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX OR BUISNESS!!! BESIDES WHO IS THE OWNER??? BE NICE TO KNOW WHO WE ARE SPEAKING TO."

"I moved out of CedarBreaks 1 month early due to a number of reasons most importantly when i moved in I am a section 8 voucher holder it took a while for the payments to begin, everyday the office was calling me threatening to evict me even though section 8 does advise it takes up to 60 days to receive first payment, first time caught the man peeking in my window no one cared due to section 8 still not making first payment this man peeping in my bedroom window that was caught numerous times by me. I called the cops they took a report over the phone, management did not act until I left my first review online about the issue. Months later after dealing with another issue of people surrounding my door at 10pm 5 of them advising they were mormon however they were not i called the office was rushed off the phone. There is poop EVERYWHERE, the apartment was dirty when i moved there. Heads Up if you have issues living here look to God cause management will not help unless you put a review. The maintenance lady is really nice though. I was asked to change my first review but in my heart i want for people to know this is not somewhere safe. People hang out in the parking lot drinking and piss behind dumpsters for 1740 a month i was expecting a safer environment instead i was afraid always felt like someone was watching me because they were. The same things had to be fixed numerous times, I had to have my toilet fixed 3 times and the bathroom floor redone well my toilet was taken out at 8am i have 1 bathroom at 4:45pm i call the office because i have not had a toilet all day i work from home the manager laughs and says thank god you called because they were about to leave. Everything was a laughing matter. The man that was caught peeking in my windows i provided the information of where he lived they did nothing. There was someone allowing there dog to poop right under my bedroom window the same window the male neighbor was peeking i was advised if they are a tenant then they can help but if not they cant do anything?? So they tell me take a picture i finally get a picture but of course the dog owner did not like me taking pictures she went to the office no less than 10 mins later i get a call on my phone saying i was yelling and cursing when i wasn’t all pictures i took were Live i was not yelling or screaming but what really took me out my concerns were NEVER addressed but someone runs and says someone cursed them out and Im the first person to call. I hated living here wasted a whole year of my life in my fear and worry with no help from management. I provided information needed for the peeping tom already no one ever addressed him recently management came to my apartment for inspection lol she still acted as if she was unsure and I know they never addressed the issue and thats why I moved out early if I felt safe i would of stayed."

"I had the best experience living here. Super friendly and caring neighbors. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Never had issues with anything. The newest manager really cares for and about the residents. She has worked hard to make sure she gets to know you and creates a good, fun and friendly environment. I felt like she really cared for me as a person. I would have kept living there but needed to relocate. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I really enjoyed my time living there."

"Absolutely love this community ☺️. Very family oriented, staff and we're always on top of fixing things fast and easy!!!!! Management were always so understanding and welcoming the whole time living here. Unfortunately we are in our way to a house! Highly recommend these apartments. Love this place all around!!!! "We just moved in, so I will update our review as we continue to live here. Upon move in, we had new carpet and fresh paint. The appliances are all functioning and our townhome is HUGE. We rented a 3 bedroom townhome and are very pleased with all the kitchen storage and living space. Our air conditioner and garbage disposal were not fully functional upon move in, but they were super quick on fixing them - day of or day after. This was greatly appreciated! Since the repairs we have had no other issues with anything. After living in several apartments and knowing what to look for, our townhome seems to be well built and cared for. There are a lot of kids and teenagers around! We enjoyed this about the property knowing that there would be a lot of other families nearby. The playground, basketball court, and swimming pool are being utilized by the community and it’s great seeing everyone out and enjoying summer. Having Walmart and the shopping center across the street has been AWESOME. There is also a community center nearby with grass and trees for shade, I’ve walked around the neighborhood and found nice spots to just enjoy being outside. There are duck crossings and a small bench to feed them just around the corner. It is close to the freeway and there is virtually no traffic noise. The office staff seemed overwhelmed, but were always personable and answered our questions accordingly or pointed us to where we could get answers for more specific things like the internet. Speaking of which, internet is free! It has no cap for usage, which is awesome! We’re going to cancel xfinity and save some money there. It has handled all of our video games without lagging (download speed is a bit slow) overall we are very happy with it. We are very happy with our decision to move here!"
