Bentwood Apartments

"There is no order here at the apartments… The maintenance man Joaquin is great!!! He’s down to earth but they over work the poor guy…The pool is literally closed the entire summer…it seems like they look for excuses to keep it closed… when it is open it’s dirty…there are cars parked here that don’t move for months currently there is a solar panel that slowly falling from the roof."

"The price is alright that’s why I give 4 stars. The location is also great. They are good at Maintaining the grass so that’s cool. The pool and mailbox area make it look ghetto, needs an update. The parking lot devalues the property by a ton since it’s basically mars with all those potholes. If they took the time to replace the kitchen with new wood it would be amazing because right now it just looks like and old kitchen with bad paint. Also the balcony was given in absolute terrible conditions and when I requested the renovation of it they told me that “technically since I accepted the apartment like that when I signed the lease they won’t repair it until there’s a new lease” so a very distasteful technicality. Finally if they were to replace all the stairs and clean the front and walls of apartments it would raise the value by a lot, since currently they are full of cobwebs and dust and stains and old rotten carpet."

"Very very low standard apartments kids jump on cars and there is so much violence in the apartments. Parents let their kids do whatever they want. Almost killed a few backing up with all mirrors and backup cameras working they charge vehicles sometimes when you back up."

"Don’t even consider applying to bentwood apartments not worth your time. They don’t look at debt to income ratios, if you have a bankruptcy they don’t look past it. Mine was 5 years I was discharged and rented 5 other apartments with zero issues with it. Come here and you will get turned down. Do NOT I repeat, do NOT even fill out an application. They don’t answer the phone, they text you think that’s appropriate forms of communication instead of being real. This isn’t a responsible way to run a business let alone a way to treat people. Real apartment complexes deal with people not digital forms of communication."

"Back when my mom lived here and there was manager's on site it was a good place everyone kept to themselves, wasn't too pricy for the 3bed rooms I liked it but unfortunately the guy who took over cleaning the area was after my mom and my brothers he blamed my mom for throwing trash all over when we didn't I think he was jealous of her truck lol. But she left because of his drama he pulled but it was a nice place.."
