"I'm not sure if I should rate this place, as I do not currently reside there. I went to inquire about renting there and I was greeted sincerely and promptly. I had a bunch of questions that were all answered thoroughly and with knowledge, not just a vague guess, like I've experienced recently while apartment hunting. I really would like to move sooner than they have an opening, but after owning for 10+ years and the apartment hunt experience I've had over the past few weeks, I'm willing and luckily able to hold out for a while longer, and wait for the unit to become available. I hope I meet their criteria and that my application is approved so I can call the Mulberry Park home. UPDATE: I was approved and am moving in 2 days!! Yay!"
