"This was my very first apartment ever and it treated me well. It was in 2015, so it’s been awhile but I’ve had siblings live here after me and I’ve heard they’ve only gotten better! When I lived here, my only complaint was the swamp cooler! But I have heard they’ve replaced all of these with regular AC- thank goodness! The management was super helpful and always responsive. The area is really cute and quiet and close to the freeway. I was lucky to call this my first home!"

They also take care really well the complete apartment complex. The green areas are great. On winter always clean sidewalks to walk safely. Pretty quiet place to live in. We love living here and will continue to enjoy it."

"I moved in here after my wife was living here while we were dating, then ended up back here. Very quiet, clean, well managed apartment. Rent is reasonably priced, pool and playground are well taken care of and I've never had an issue with noise or crime. Management is very approachable and I've been very impressed they know so many of their tenants names, without having to look it up. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home."
