"The move-in process was fast and easy. The office team was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, the place is becoming trash; there's litter and dog feces everywhere, such as stairs, elevators, sidewalks, hallways, and amenities. They've recently opened the social room and gym, but they're only opened during their business hours.. by the time we are out of work, these rooms have already been locked. There isn't much privacy as you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. One of the elevators by the main entrance isn't working, making the wait time a few minutes long."

"Maintenance crew and leasing folks are awesome to deal with but I’ve now had two of my vehicles broken into. Most recently my work truck was picked clean with the window shattered. There isn’t any security cameras outside and the “patrol” people don’t seem to do much. Long story short, the area is sketchy. Plan on getting your stuff stolen once a year."
