"I lived in the Cedar Creek Management apartments for 4 years (including summers). The apartments are clean and very nice. They are well maintained and well cared for. Management and the owner are quick to fix any issues. The price was great and flexible; offering monthly payments or a discount if paid by the semester. Management itself was great. Management does their best to accommodate her tenants and deal with complaints. She was more than willing to work with the tenants in whatever they need if the tenants are respectful, courteous, and flexible in return. I never had a complaint with their management in the four years I was there. Great experience. I’d give this place 10/10 in every category."

"I have loved living in Windsor and Academy square. Nicole does her best to set you up with roommates who may have similar interests. I have always loved mine. I love the set quiet hours and how detailed the housing contract is. You can always find your answers in the contract. Each year the apartments get deep cleaned and the carpets are professionally cleaned. The process of renewing your contract is easy and rent is understandable depending on what living space you want. When renting at new apartments, you never know what kind of landlords you are gonna get. As long as you are respectful and adhere to your contract and the rules, you will get along great with Nicole and Wes."
