Comfort Inn & Suites

"I am a client at comfort inn, I always loved the experience, but at this time, we went in a trip to California and we got a crazy weather and the first hotel to stop in was no doubt to stay at comfort in. So, when we stopped by around 1:40 am the girl in the reception was smelling like she was smoking something like weed. She didn’t accept my drivers license, when she saw my passaporte from Brazil, she said she didn’t have more rooms available, but she did have two before looking at my passaporte. I really felt disappointed with this treatment, we ended the night in another hotel with so good treatment."

"Overall we had a great experience staying here for 3 nights. We had family obligations in St. George and Enterprise, so this was a great "middle ground" for our stay. The price was unbeatable compared to every other hotel/motel in Cedar or St. George. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was really cold, but the hot tub was perfect. The room was a great size for our family. of 5 (we had adjoining suites). And the location can't be beat -- close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that Cedar offers. I want to make special mention of Glory, who worked the breakfast buffet while we were there. Each morning at breakfast, it was a pleasure to see her! She worked and served with a smile on her face, was incredibly friendly and helpful to everyone, especially my children, and worked extra hard to keep the dining area clean and the food well stocked. I could tell she was happy to be there and excited to do her job. Excellent guest service in a time where I often feel like customer service is lacking. My one complaint would be that there seemed to be some sort of sewer issue that made the hallways smell pretty bad. It was worse in the evening, and we noticed it only on our first floor (couldn't notice the smell on the 2nd or 3rd floor where we had family members staying). Despite that I'd still recommend staying here and would stay here again. Also, just want to point out, we had some family members opt to stay at the "nicer" Courtyard across the street, but not only did they pay more than us, they also didn't get breakfast AND their pool was under repair. I'd say we got the better deal ;)"

"The nicest Comfort Inn we’ve ever stayed at. We had car trouble coming into Cedar City at 10:00pm. Cold & snowing and stuck at the gas station down the street waiting for a tow. The Comfort Inn was one of a handful of hotels within walking distance and the only one that had a reasonable pet fee for our two dogs. Our room was so clean, smelled great, and had an extra little sitting area which was so needed for all of our stuff. The staff put us on the first floor for easy in and out with the dogs. No noise transfer between rooms. Complimentary breakfast was totally good for our needs."

"This was an overnight stop in our way home after the holidays. The location was great. The room was very clean and the staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. We were heading out early in the morning, so we didn't go in and get breakfast, but we did see that they had a wonderful selection of food. We would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area."
