"The only good thing about the place is the WiFi. The walls are super thin. Kids running in the hallway will sound all over. The door latch was broken and there were remnants of mold in the shower. If you are looking for good value there are other choices in the area."
"Terrible! It was so dirty and disgusting that I was afraid to touch anything, I went to wash my hands and the sink handle fell off. My daughter saw little bugs on the chair and we were out. The safety lock at the top of the door was removed. They would prop the exterior door open so anyone could come in. I didn’t feel safe and could not stay. Tried to get a refund- would not! Don’t try this place"
"I had a terrible feeling going in but went any ways. The first room they gave me the door was open when I got to the room. So I went and asked for a new room. The second room I got when I opened the door the lights were on, one of the beds unmade and toothpaste was on the counter. I went and asked for a refund. As a young female it didn't feel safe to stay at this hotel. The front desk help was also not wearing shoes and was not very helpful."
"Bad experience overall. Waffle maker doesn't work. They don't even try to fix it. Booked the place because it had a hot tub and heated pool. Came to find out one day into reservation that neither were working, even though they advertised them on Expedia and everywhere else as operational. One guy told me, "They will be fixed in two day." The other guy, "No we don't run them during the winter." Requested a refund and they gave me it for only three nights and I had to stay another night, which was the worst night of all. Some red truck was parked behind our back window, running on and off the whole night with carbon monoxide pumping into our room. Someone was obviously sleeping in there. I went down twice to tell management, but nobody was at the front desk. Finally, someone was at the desk, and I told him, but the damage was done. Trickery in advertising going on, bad customer service, poorly managed place. Not even worth the $55 I spent. Go elsewhere."
"For $50/night you get what you pay for, but it took staying here for me to realize that, and realize I should have paid $25 more for something nicer. This wasn't necessarily bad - it was just $50 good. Upon arriving at night, the parking lot was dark and there was really no outdoor illumination - slight safety concern and it gave a "go away" feel. I had two rooms reserved and the check-in process took a while - I'm not sure why, but I think they went and physically checked the rooms before assigning them to me. The front desk people were nice though. The rooms were aged but decently clean, and I was pleased to not experience "old room odor", that is common in older motels. The door security latch had been removed, which didn't leave a good feeling. But the biggest issue is that our room was by the front desk, and the breakfast counter had a waffle maker that BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEPS with every completed waffle. Since the waffle maker was the only real breakfast item, that meant EVERY guest was making waffles all morning long. We suffered 2 hours of BEEPING before giving up, crawling out of bed, and checking out without feeling refreshed. In the end, I'm glad I didn't pay a dime over $50, but I won't be doing that again."
