"Name is misleading - they are not stress free. They are known to withhold deposits no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They don't do maintenance. There was a hole in the side of the building that birds moved into - they did nothing. What's worse, the owner and his father are known to try and get people fired from their jobs that disagree with them. There is even a website about it! (can't post personal information). The owner is a bully, and has a lengthy criminal record. Google him. Save yourself the headaches, rent somewhere else."
