"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The manager is very rude. He is also a liar, and a thief. He added 200.00 dollar charge to my bill,and said it was for parking improperly for having 2 wheels over the line of the parking space. The room was only 60.00. When he mentioned the parking fine he said it would be 5.00. After he said he would consider refunding the charge,I checked my cc and discovered he had upped it to 100.00 a day for 2 days. He was very rude,and deceptive. They also made threats of fines for damages that they think they might be able to pin on you.(you better be able to prove you didn't cause the alleged damage) Also be sure to read ALL of the terms and conditions as this is your only protection from this kind of predator. The management here is just waiting to get you any way they can. If you have to stay here, BEWARE."

"We’re new to town and had paid to have friends stay here, never again! I’ll pay extra for another hotel. My deposit wasn’t fully returned. They’re rude worst motel 6 experience ever! I’m sure they won’t car about another bad review and will reply with a generic answer like they have with all the others. I’ll be calling corporate"

"Front staff tried to trick me into paying apx 3 times the nights stay to "check in now", but also had "no rooms available for reservations". I had a room available right away to check into 2/18 @ 7am for $150 and check out at 11 am 2/18, but even though per Corp website policies there is NO SET CHECK IN TIME, those "available rooms" weren't available for someone checking in with a pre paid reservation that same day. The morning reception staff basically pretended I wasn't there once I questioned the extreme dishonesty being shown. I then left for over an hour in hopes of a staff change. Upon returning the overly rude male (most likely in his 60s or older, but acted NOTHING like an actual MAN) spoke to me like I'm 5 years old and also mentally incapable of understanding words, life, or the world. He belittled me, verbally attacked my service dog with more racist statements than most human hate crime court case documents contain, and spewed some of the most disrespectful, discriminatory, and hateful language at my service pitbull, my company's safe traveling companion, and myself so much so that I not only felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and such total lack in trust in the complete on site working staff, and mostly the "management" male, I wouldn't have been the least bit surprised to have had our room key duplicated and used while we were asleep or out of our room. *I attached the motel 6 check in policy & a copy of my reservation confirmation."

"Most disrespect management ive come across. Save your money, go across the street to super 8.The night manager was terrible and had the worst customer service I've ever had. I spent a night here because I just moved to cedar that day and I was accidentally locked out of my place and just decided to get a room for the night. I had a co worker drop me off at the hotel. Not only did the guy charge me double the normal rate because it was a late night check in. Which is insane there should be no reason for the price increase. I took it anyways. I had my coworker drop me off and I went outside to tell my coworker I got the room anyways. They asked if they could use the restroom. (They just drove all the way from st.george to drop me off). As soon as they walked in the guy came out and started barking at us "where's my extra hundred dollars"! And that I couldn't have guests over and just kept demanding for more money. We never argued with the guy at all. As soon as he started barking about extra money, I went straight to my room,picked up my 1 bag and left within 10 minutes of arriving. I never even had the chance to sit on the bed. They also didn't want to to give a refund. Whats funny is that this guy was so quick to get up out of his office to yell and demand more money when he never even knew what the situation was and just assumed. But when I first arrived I knocked on the window and and yelled but no one ever responded to the front desk. I had to actually call the front office while I was already in the building. The guy must have been sleeping or something but I finally got a response and he still took a while just to get out from the back of the office. But he sure as heck got up quick just to yell at us and demand more money. The older gentleman/night manager is just the worst. He's just gonna drive customers away. It's just a terrible experience to leave after 10 minutes of arriving after getting charged double for the room and not getting a refund. If they actually cared about customers they'd give me a dang refund instead of responding to review messages with the same copy and paste apology response they give everyone else. Cause I'm sure as heck not the only person with this kind of Terrible experience. In particular with the night manager."

"Worst hotel ever. Bob and Sara have the worst customer service. Was charged 100$ deposit because I had a visitor come to my room that I had already notified Sara about. There was no one at the front desk so the guest came up to my room. I received a call as soon as my guest sat down that my card had been charged an additional 100$. Now my bank account has overdraft fees accumulating every day until I get paid. The manager Bob yelled at me in a very aggressive intimidating manner. He seemed like he wanted to cross over the front desk and strike me. He was so mad yelling at me that spit was flying out of his mouth. I did not sleep well or feel safe there due to the staff. I still have not been refunded the $100. My overdraft fees will be 3 times more than the room costs. The 3rd floor smells terrible and there’s signs everywhere stating that you will charged additional money if something breaks, and to smile because you’re on camera. There’s a sign next to the elevator button that states if you push the button and it breaks, you will be charged. I decided to take the stairs most of the time. It was uncomfortable. I’ve spent a lot of money in the past at Motel 6, as long as Bob and Sara are working at this branch, me nor my engineering firm will stay in this location ever again."
