"The bed was comfortable. There were only one face cloth and 1 hand towel for the 2 of us. There was also no coffee Maker as advertised. Went to get coffee at the office after 7 and then again at 8 o'clock, no coffee, No one was there"

"This is one of those incredibly rare gems with great pricing, amazingly kind staff, and one of the comfiest beds I've gotten to find in a hotel in quite some time! I stay in hotels frequently for work. It's rather secluded making it a much better place to rest than most of the nearby options. I had accidentally left a rather tiny object after I had checked out and when I called them asking about it they were prompt and retrieved it for me within just a few minutes! I was so grateful. If you like squishy pillows and beds that you can sink into I highly recommend this place!! It's so beyond worth it. I had a truly wonderful stay here."

"Super easy to book room online. Love the pay later option. They charge a $50 deposit fee once check in. If room is left with no damage and clean they refund in five days. Room was clean, bed was amazing! The tub was so inviting!! The hotel is way out if town. Super quite stay. The area was beautiful!"

"Needed a room, though I didn’t need a reservation. To my surprise it’s the weekend of the Solar Eclipse in Utah. Every room is booked, for miles. By accident we found the Travel Lodge in Cedar City, Utah. This Hotel was perfect for what we needed. We travel with two dogs and there is room to walk them. The room was clean and without issues.Lynn was on the desk when we arrived, She made sure we were happy with everything. If you are traveling through Cedar City or in the area. In need of Lodging. I would check out The travel Lodge in Cedar City."

"We payed in full a week before arrival. They, at no point listed the need for a deposit. When I arrived I was told there was a deposit and they needed a card. That's very normal and was provided with no problem. But, a bummer to not know ahead of time to set aside the correct amount of money required for the deposit. I was then told by Lynn, the manager, that they would also require my vehicle license plate number to be sent to a collections agency if I damaged their property. Another guest behind me, vocally, proclaimed that he would not agree to that either and would not be staying there either. I told her that stipulation was not listed when I payed for the room and I did not feel comfortable providing it. I was told to leave and that there would he no refund. As well as being called "shady" for feeling that request was to much. Now I'm being told that "all charges are valid" with no refund in sight for a stay I didn't have after the motel changed the agreement upon arrival. Meanwhile, I had to pay for another room somewhere else (another Wyndham property in the same town) with no strange requests. But am still out for a room I didn't use and am waiting on a deposit for a room I never entered or touched a key for."
