"The room was full of trash. The bed had been slept in. Obviously, the room had not been cleaned, and the clerk was not happy to give me another room, and was slow to do so. This situation was out of my control, and should have been resolved quickly and politely."
"Bed had muddy dog prints on it. Room was noisy. Toilet ran. Breakfast was toast, waffles or 2 kinds of cereal. The best thing about this place was the space to let your dog out."
"I only have two complaints. The elevator door was finicky and I am too pregnant to walk up the stairs. The milk at breakfast always left out and warm and very little was left in the jug with no one in sight to get fresh milk or a fridge to put it in."
"I don't expect to be wowed at a budget hotel. I don't expect bells and whistles. I do expect a decent night's sleep. Not here. Bed was old, hard, just terrible. No sleep to be had. Sheets were worn through, which just left you to wonder. Noise from all rooms around. Probably because they couldn't sleep either. Awful"
"People who work there are very friendly! A person at check-in is all smiles and greetings. A lady in the kitchen offered and made coffee for my hubby when the jugs got empty. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable. Awesome mexican restaurant is just a minute walk from the hotel."
