"The new Management in the office are kind, communicate well, and do their best to ensure you have all you need as a tenant at theKensington Apartments. Sam, our Lead Maintenance guy is superb! He is thorough, respectful, listens to the tenant's needs, and does all he can to fix the problem. I have been here since 2018, have noticed the fantastic changes, and continue to have zero desire to leave!"

"Edit* Since November after Thanksgiving I was gotten ahold of from new management and they have been nothing but kind and getting everything done for me. I'm really impressed with how they handled getting me into an apartment quickly! Raven is very hard working and sweet and gets everything done fast! Nicole the new manager was quick and very helpful with my needs and was very sorry about last management. I love being here so far and had no complaints! I submitted an application almost a month ago and I have tried calling everyday and no answer goes straight to voicemail. I heard the lady at front desk got fired for a lot of reasons and I pray she didn't "lose" my application. Just frustrated because I paid for the fee and have gotten any response back. I'm trying to get me and my 10 month old daughter into an apartment and so far with this place it's been nothing but awful."
"So I deleted my previous review as it was from what I know now completely false. Their are new employees in the office now and things run Soooo much smoother then before. The previous manager gave us the run around like You would not believe. We love the apartment and Nicole, Kimmie and Raven have fixed the nightmare we were previously dealing with and have been so so nice and patient with us. We are looking forward to our new adventure here at Kensington and feel so so blessed. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work and for being such a great team."
