"During the recent 2022 blizzard our furnace shut down and the water heater started to leak. We contacted for work and had two work orders prepared. The furnace was restarted the evening of the same day we called. The installation of a new water heater was scheduled for a day later. Peter and Cayden called in advance of coming to install a new water heater. They were both and professional and got right to work. Peter was careful while removing the old equipment so it would not leave water dripping as he pulled it up stairs and out the door. Cayden, before leaving made sure we knew where the documentations for the heater was located and showed us how to start the pilot, if needed in the future. Both these young men did a great job."
