"Because two other nearby emission testing places couldn't physically fit my vehicle into their bays, Master Auto was recommended to me. They quickly worked me into their schedule. While I was waiting, a distraught woman came in looking for a free second opinion. She had been told by another shop that she needed both ball joints in her front end replaced. After a short time, the technician returned and let her know that not only did she not need the recommended repairs, but that he had found and fixed the problem. She had recently had some other shop replace the arm on the steering and had failed to tighten it properly. With considerable difficulty, he was able to squeeze his tools in and 1/8 of a turn at a time was able to tighten the steering arm. Master Auto didn't charge her for the diagnosis or the repair. I don't know if she'll be coming back, but I will be bringing my future business here. On a side note, I give the customer 1 star. It cost a lot to run a shop and pay good technicians. I know. I have owned 3 companies. Master gave away an hour of precious revenue for customer satisfaction. She didn't even thank them, let alone offer to pay for the repair."

"I stopped by Master Muffler, and now they call themselves Master Auto Tech to replace my car’s muffler, Bruce the shop manager required one week lead time. I returned to the shop one week later, first, he didn’t know why I was there, and then he could not find my appointment, and lastly told me I needed to wait about an hour to find a vacant lift. His technician finally put my the on the hoist and came back to tell me they would install a stock muffler with a year warranty at $550 plus tax and hangars are extra. Bruce told me on our first visit that he is planning to use a stainless steel muffler with a lifetime warranty, while was waiting at the counter to talk to him he was on the phone trying to teach his friend how to be an effective manager, I was waiting at the counter for him to finish the call but he continued to carry on tutoring his friend, finally I asked him can you tell your friend that you will call him back later, he turned around looking at shop wall totally ignored me and continued with his conversation, at this point I had enough of these people and asked the tech to put my car down and I drove away Next, was Ray’s muffler, I was very impressed by their professional attitude, they gave me a stainless steel Magna straight through muffler with a lifetime warranty for almost half price."
