"I started coming to this Jiffy Lube a few years ago and it has been a great experience every time. Its nice how often they tell me the things about my car that are working well and don't need to be checked, so I trust them when they say something does need to be checked."

"I chose this location based on the Google reviews. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time, even when the room filled up with people. The lobby is set up in a way where you can seat a lot of people, but you don't feel crammed and self-conscious. It was clean and they had refreshments and a TV to watch. The man who helped me was a gentleman. He treated me with respect. He laid out all of his findings after initial inspection of my car and gave me suggestions. He looked at my reported service records to be sure I hadn't had differential service done recently, since I wasn't sure... but pretty sure I hadn't. He went over every charge with me before they started work. They did the work in a short amount of time, too. I'm happy! This is "my" Jiffy Lube now."
