"The convenience of having them come to you is the service that you're paying for. Could I do an oil change myself, absolutely, would it be cheaper, absolutely. But I chose to pay for the convenience of having them come to me and provide the service. It is pretty comparable to going to a shop somewhere, but it was nice to be able to have them do it while I am working rather than take up a half day on Saturday just sitting somewhere for a shop to do it. "it was our first time using dash, they came out to change the oil in my gmc duramax and wife’s Subaru acent.
