"I purchased a car from Julio with Direct Auto Care in January, and made a down payment for a rebuilt-title car on January 19th. We were finally able to pick the car up on April 3rd after months of "next week". In the nearly 4 months I've had the car, there have been numerous things that have needed replacing, including a part in the steering wheel, all four tires, a headlight, a tail light, and a retaining bracket on the bumper. There is a leak on the driver door, allowing water to drip in when going through a car wash. Maybe once every 10 times I drive the car, the key gets stuck in the ignition for no discernable reason, and after taking it in to Julio to fix, nothing has changed. While the car was in with Julio to fix the issue with the key, the car was driven over 200 miles and was returned to me with 30 miles to empty on the gas tank, and the key got stuck the very first time I drove the car after. In terms of upsides to using Direct Auto Care, I did save around $3,000 on a car with very low miles. If you're alright with waiting 3 months for your car, needing to replace things that should've been fixed, and having Julio use a full tank of your gas anytime you need something repaired, then I'd say go for it. Otherwise, don't waste your time and find somewhere else."
