"If you are looking into buying a rainbow from these people please read this review. Great product very low integrity from this distributor. We bought a rainbow from this store and got a rainjet from referrals (which they were very pushy about) we used this rainjet about 5 times and decided we did not like it, so we bought a regular mop and swiffer and moved on. A few months later, there was a convention where they had a rep there, Alexis. We mentioned we werent thrilled with the rainjet but loved the rainbow and she offered to return the rainjet and switch it with a rainmate and some scents even though it was used. Well after about 2 weeks of very poor communication, she said to bring the rainjet to the office and Dawn will switch it out . Well we brought it in and was told, very rudely no because it was "obveously "used and we "cant resell this". Them not returning the item is not the issue here. The issue is that they lied to us for about 2 weeks saying they will do something they had no intention of doing. So please, if you are looking for a rainbow, find another distributor."
