"Buyer Beware! Jeff made a repair to my refrigerator and in the process pinched a wire when he put it back together. Thinking the problem was a control board he ordered one and charged me for the part and an additional service call. Discovering he didn't need the part he told me to keep it for two weeks and if it still was not needed to call him and he would pick it, return it, and refund the money. I have left numerous messages which have gone unreturned. I finally made contact with him one week ago in which he said he would "figure something out" and get back with me. The outgoing message that states they will be back on Monday has been there for over a month now. Initially he was quick to respond but as time goes on it becomes more obvious he is not interested in providing service that would generate referrals or return business."
