"I went in for a broken sun roof and they quoted me a price and they said I would need to replace most of the parts and it would take 14hours. I then took it to another mechanic who quoted me 5 hrs and half the price. I feel like the service department wasn’t honest with me but the people at the desk were polite and kind, I just feel they tried to get me to pay for service I didn’t necessarily need. Then when I tried to post this review, I followed the link that Mercedes sent me and it posted my review to a different dealership in town."
