"One of my thermostats quit working. Called them, they were so helpful and able to send someone that afternoon. Brad arrived early, loved the text that was sent when he was on his way and also told me information about him. He replaced my faulty thermostat and also my other two. He also serviced my units for summer and plugged up some leaks, found some issues that by replacing now - I won’t be calling for repair when it’s over 100 degrees. Very thorough! I will definitely use S&S again!"
