"I’m still working through the damage caused by going to see a completely unprofessional person here. She clearly doesn’t understand how to work with traumatized people. It’s very triggering to be constantly cancelled on last minute. She cancelled 4-5 times over the course of 3 months with less than an hours notice. Taking phone calls on speaker during zoom sessions felt like a huge violation of privacy. Several times while I was sharing things that are deeply personal she made judgemental and rude comments. I went in for EMDR but never got one session. She just kept saying next week. I would say going here was a complete waste of time and money and it’s taken me months to build up the courage to be that vulnerable with another therapist again. I feel more damaged and alone than before I ever went in. It is very hard and scary to open up and I sincerely hope I can save someone else from going through the same thing I did."
