"During regular well-checks, Dr. O'Mara is a perfectly pleasant and competent physician. She was kind and friendly with my kids, and took my concerns seriously. I have no complaints about our interactions with her in-office. However, the two times I have had concerns outside of regularly-scheduled appointments, and had to speak to Dr. O'Mara on the phone, her manner changed completely. She seemed to lose all bedside manner and empathy. She would interrupt my questions, dismiss my concerns, and make me feel stupid. I'm not sure what causes the discrepancy between her in-office and phone personality, but it is enough to make me switch to a different pediatrician. As a parent, I need to know that my doctor will provide empathetic and compassionate care, no matter the format."

Our daughter is suffering from migraines and she didn’t seem interested at all nor her team. Very displeased and disappointed. Dr. O’mara came highly recommended but maybe her book is a little full. Expected more! The most important thing was to have the results of a brain MRI read to us and after one week, no return calls, or emails on our daughter’s condition. Too busy to care?"
