"Lots of reviews from tourists, locals know this shop for their shady cashiers and late opening habit. They often sell defective puff bars and charge you to replace them. They do not carry coils or e-liquid and will change prices on someone they think will pay it. I got the same glass as one of the $100 pieces here for $60 at Boros in downtown but even if you don't want to go that far, finding a better deal is super easy. They're sexist and if you're a woman alone or they judge you to look young they increase the prices more. Came in with my boyfriend a week after I went in the first time and a $60 puff became $40. But everytime I've been alone I've left buying nothing because of this behavior. Rumor has it that they will not give change if you don't keep an eye on them."

"More expensive than any other smoke shop I had been to and no prices are shown, you have to ask. A device that averages $70-80 at most shops was a whopping $120 here and their puff bars are $10-25 more than anywhere in a 2 mile radius. The selection is rather small, and focused on "headshop" products rather than "smoke shop". They don't carry any coils or equipment for your mod. I didn't ask about juice. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else, even if looking for a headshop. The Murray Vapes up the street has better selection, more products in general and is 1/4-1/2 the price As I tried to leave, the two cashiers attempted to sell me disposable vape bars multiple times despite my insistence that a $60 bar made no sense when I wanted $10 in coils"

"Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! They are always so patient, customer service is on point, and the variety of products is unmatched by any other place I have tried. I will forever be a loyal customer. They make you feel like you are appreciated and not “just another customer”. There are numerous vape/smoke shops in this city, HOWEVER Puff X is, and always will be, better than any other!"

"Well, I go here all the time. It's like my neighborhood bodega. But today I bought a disp vape, and it keeps going after I puff. I tried to call, and they're all so stoned, they aren't answering. I'm all about puffing her , but when I go in and the employee is so ripped he can barely communicate, it's unprofessional and bad for biz. My dispy is running out of juice cuz it's apparently old, and I can't get a hold of them to have them replace it or refund me. Maybe I'll stop spending my money there. I'ma all about getting your cannabis card, but these fools puff inside their business. That's stupid and unprofessional. Same with the tat shop next door. I'll go in one .ord time, then post.
