"I will not be using them again after this. I called them, the lady told me it was a 45 minute wait so I ate lunch, and went outside to wait for my taxi. when it was about 10 minutes late, i called and asked what was up and was told that a driver came about 10 minutes after I had called. I did not receive any phone call telling me the driver was early. Also, when I called asking what was up, the lady on the phone acted like it was MY fault for missing the taxi when they should’ve called me back letting me know it was early."

"This is the second time I had two male drivers that have made me late for work and I’m not happy at all when I called one time early they told me it would be 10-15 minutes and yet I’m late for work and it puts a bad reputation on me of all not happy at all don’t count on them for rides to work"

"I am writing this review to provide feedback regarding my recent interaction with Iron County Taxi, which left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the level of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the staff. I had reached out to schedule a ride with a 30-minute notice, taking care to ensure availability due to the time-sensitive nature of my request. Unfortunately, my experience with the male individual who answered the call was far from satisfactory. From the moment he spoke, it was evident that he lacked interest and enthusiasm, projecting a lazy and disinterested tone. As I tried to provide the necessary details, he continuously interrupted me and eventually became aggressive, accusatory, and grossly unprofessional when I mentioned the reason for needing the service. Despite explaining that I had already shared the required information, he continued arguing, and in an escalation of his aggression, he abruptly stated that I should call back if I needed a ride, promptly disconnecting the call. This kind of behavior not only poses a danger to customers but also represents a liability for the company. Such blatant and toxic ignorance is unacceptable in any professional setting. To put things into perspective, I would rather endure walking in extreme heat than subject myself to any further exposure to this level of unprofessionalism. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect, courtesy, and attentiveness when interacting with service providers. Regrettably, my encounter with Iron County Taxi fell far short of these expectations. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and this incident is investigated to prevent future instances of such unprofessional conduct. In doing so, it will not only protect the customers but also safeguard the reputation and integrity of the business."
