"I go out of my way to go to this location. 1st off the owner is extremely nice and I always see her working in the store cleaning and stocking, making sure everything is perfect. There is a young man that works there as well and he is always very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel very welcome when you go in. I appreciate it"

"Had card get stolen and was used at this location at 3AM one day. Theif rang up $150 in gift cards and $25 in snacks at 3AM. Not being the least but sketchy to the person working, they didn't ask for ID over an amount or anything. Also have been here in the past, 7-11 refuses to fix their system of rewards; scan in reward card for $6.50 for 3 monsters drinks. It never scans in and always bills you $5.00 for 2 and $3.29 for the 3rd. $8.29 for 3 versus $6.50 for 3. That's nearly $2 or about 25% of a difference in price. I imagine there are more scans that aren't correct. This happens at every 7-11 so it's a corporate problem, but it's up to each employee to fix the issue when brought up - not argue about it."

"The worst 7 Eleven in Utah. Do not go to this location. Cheap Cashier would not accept 7 Eleven coupon for free small Slurpee. This not very smart cashier said the coupon needs expiration date.(Read the fine print in second picture-No expiration date or anything regarding to that matter.) I explained to him that all other locations accepted my other coupons with no hassle and the other coupons in the packet did not have expiration dates either. My daughter's friend mom purchased similar coupon and they also did not have expiration date. That was the main reason I purchased this coupon was because it did not expire. There is a barcode for this type of scenarios. If he had concerns he should of scanned the barcode. I think he did not scan barcode because the cash register would ring it up as free slurpee. He was to cheap to use coupon so he made up an excuse. I could understand if there was a designated area for the date and it was left empty. But This one did not. I am sure he probably loses out on a dollar if I used the coupon. There fore he did not scan and made up excuse about expiration date. How would I have a coupon with no expiration date. How would that be my fault even if it was suppose to. I just don't understand what his reasoning was. Obviously its not fake, there is a bare code. From my point of view-This location is not full filling their 7 Eleven franchise obligation- As the coupon specifically states, "valid in all U.S. 7 Eleven location except for Hawaii. " Funny how they sure don't mind using the 7 Eleven name to get business. I hope 7 eleven does something about this with my complaint. They are not holding up 7 Eleven standards. To me its pathetic. For a dollar slurpee they would not accept coupon with no expiration date. Even though the fine print states nothing about time and date. Usually, if there is a time frame the fine print states something like, " must use with in the allotted time or Use before ....date . or Expires ..date" But as you can see in the second picture I uploaded. There is no area left blank for date nor does it even mention expiration. Plus it does not explain why all other location have no problem with the same coupon. I drive by this location 5 days a week for work. Due to this cashier, I will never stop here again. You might not care as business may continue to be profitable. But you could of been even more profitable. Sad business practice. I could care less about a dollar. But the integrity of this location and cashier is pathetic. I usually never write comments. But I know for a fact I am right in this scenario. You need to Follow 7 eleven rules and obligation or change the name. You should not benefit from 7 eleven advertisement and commercials. I called 7 eleven and they were really polite and helpful with my complaint. I hope this location gets the proper education. This review is not against 7 Eleven. Just this location. Go to other 7 Eleven and you will get better service."
