"Showed up to this location on August 13, 2022 at 4:20am. I'll admit this is extremely early. However, 7-11 is a 24 hour convenience store. I go to walk in and the door is locked and there is no one in the store, but all the lights are on as if it is open. I'm not too upset, just annoyed that someone who is responsible for the graveyard shift has abandoned their station. I feel the emplyee responsible should find a job during the day so they don't have to worry about going somewhere other than their job at night. I hope this gets rectified post haste. This person had one job and they failed miserably."

"Hostile employee. Every night i go running with my nephew as he rides his scooter we stop here to get ice at our 3 mile mark. The employee present today told him scooters are not allowed on the property and he wasnt allowed on the property because a group of kids earlier stole things and they were riding scooters . Unacceptable response to an 8 year old. I will be calling Tomorrow to speak with someone more professional."

"New: I love the new manager, she is very kind and always reminds me to spend my points before they expire!! Old: Overcharged! My order should have been only 5$ yet it rang up as 10$! The man seemed horrified when my points redeemed and knocked it down to 7$. I need to find a new 7/11 as I like their products, but this is too much to put up with..."

"I came in for a simple cup of coffee. Nothing special. The coffee is stale and cold in the Insulated jugs! This tells me it's been like 4 hours since coffee was made. clerk proceeds to tell me that they don't make coffee after 3 pm. That's a lie or against 7.11 policy. Once I mentioned that? Gee he makes coffee. This store has always had a strange vibe to it. So this time we will post our frustration. The other stores are fine, this store suffers."
