"I want to give shout out to James the front end cashier lead! Originally I had called me because by mistake I accidentally left an Iteam I purchased and the person I spoke to was nice but made it feel like it was my problem and my problem alone. They told me if I don't have it then there is nothing they can do. There was no clarifying question to try and work with me to figure out which register I used or anything. But James really seemed to care and I really appreciate that. I know smiths values customers satisfaction and James truly held up that value really well."

"There is a manager that works here named Cathy. We constantly have to deal with Cathy not knowing how to do her job AND she's a manager which makes it so much worse. We bought scalloped potatoes last night and it turned out they were EXPIRED (gross!), so I went back tonight to return them. I went to the costumer service desk at 8pm, long story short costumer service doesn't close until 9pm but Cathy sent the rep (Leslie I believe) home and basically said she does not know how to do a refund to a gift card. This is a complete lie because we constantly shop at this Smiths, and we constantly deal with Cathy's bad attitude, and I have seen that she knows how to do this but was too lazy to do her job. I have worked at Smith's before, I don't know how they can have such an incompetent employee as a manager. I was also kind to Cathy, she just is completely awful at her job and not sure why she even still works there. Says a lot about this store."

"I’ve had the absolute best click list lady's that have helped me with my online pickup order. I’m a nurse and work with the public and I understand how difficult it can be to keep a smiling face when you’re tired and everyone knows work is work and most of the time you’d rather be doing something else. Thanks for always being so sweet and kind everytime I pick up my grocery’s after a long work day. You lady’s are why I stay so positive and happy towards others. Thank you for your kind hearts ❤️ Kelly and the other sweet lady that worked the night of 11/18 and offered me a chocolate Christmas calendar."

"Used to live close to this smith drugs store, they are very good with customers . When you go to smith drugs store and ask employees for help . They will do right away l wish they can do to employees tooas l know this company does not give good value employees. And l like how most everything is natural . I can skip more than two store close to me and drive to smith store to get natural foodies. Thank you guys for feeding us . I like to buy gas there too."

"Great selection of food, it's always well organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located just off of Redwood. It can be a bit hard to turn left out of the parking lot, but turning right is easy enough."
