"I mean it's Walmart. It gets the job done, you get what you need and the delivery is good. Decent service, like the self check outs. I can't give it 5 stars only due to after the remodel happened, I noticed that their selections are much smaller than before. I go here for the bare necessities, but for larger selections, I would go to some of the other bigger Walmart's."

"I have gone to four different people to find product in this store Jordan landing store that I have been shopping at for 25 to 30 years. All four people cannot speak English and they cannot help me find the product that I need I went up to the manager he left early today and the assistant manager her name is t r i c h e l l e! Told me that if I didn't like the fact that people can't speak English when I need help in the store that I could shop somewhere else. I explained to her that I lived in the United States of America this is an American store and then she turned it around and said you're being disrespectful these people are very hardworking people I said I am not saying anything about their work ethics I'm not saying anything if they're legal or not legal what I am saying is if they can't speak English to help me in an American store then you need to give them a device in order to help them understand what a customer is looking for. Once again she told me if I didn't like it that I could shop at another store I explained to her that I spend a lot of money in the store and have for years and I don't understand why she's saying what she's saying Then I called corporate and corporate was extremely upset by how she dealt with this issue. In my opinion I think you either need to speak English or have an apparatus that can translate so American people in America stores can find the product they want to purchase."

"I feel like the scanning go feature is fantastic. I love the mobile app because it tells you where everything is located in the store. However, you should have bagging stations for scanning and go so that I can still avoid the check out and just like at Sam’s Club."

"This was one of the bigger Walmarts I've been to in a long while. But it didn't feel organized with the size of the Walmart. My friend and I were looking everywhere for specific types of snacks and kid's arts & crafts for their relative. If we didn't use Walmart's website, we never would've found them. We were looking for some lotions too, but it took way longer than it ever should have because the isle's number was hidden. There were a lot of isle numbers that we couldn't find because it either wasn't there or was completely hidden. The parking garage there also just didn't feel safe. It was hard trying to in and out of the garage, and the parking didn't feel secure. It's not the worst place ever, we'll go here if we need to whenever we visit Salt Lake again, but it's a pain to go through."

"Nothing much to report other than there seemed to be more mess in this location than others. Otherwise it’s a normal Walmart that is super busy. I stopped by last week as I was in the area for lunch. I found what I was looking for easily enough. Stopped by sporting goods and the associate was very helpful and informative."
