7-Eleven

"About a month ago I got gas in the morning at this seven eleven. A couple hours go by and I get a 200 dollar charge on my card. Luckily my card was locked so it never went through! I will never get gas at a seven eleven run by Indians or Arabs they are all scammers!!"

"If you can't speak English don't work at a gas station and stop talking in the phone when you are supposed to be helping a customer it's rude ... It is not the first time"

"This store is ridiculous, first they won’t take American spirit coupons that I receive in the mail yet everywhere else including grocery stores take them just fine. Secondly, my mother stopped and got me the “Gold” packs of American spirit and so I went down there with the receipt no more than 5 min after she purchased them and they wouldn’t exchange them for the “Yellow” ones. The store associate Ray was very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. The worst customer service I have ever had from a 7-11 store in my life and I frequent them daily and will no longer stop at this 7-11 and maybe reconsider my choice of gas stations from now on."

"Bought a watermelon chunks 6.99 plus tax. Opened it up and it smelled funky. Took a taste and yup bad. Went back in told the young man. He asked if I wanted another. The date the same so I didn't wanna chance it. Got a simple chicken. Paid 3.5 more and didn't get the refund on watermelon chunks. Not going back to this one again. So sad."
